Why this website exists
Daggerfall can be difficult to approach: browser emulators, desktop engines, multiplayer projects, and changing names appear side by side. We want a clear route from understanding the choices to importing your own files and starting a journey.
What you can play
Our project brings together a self-hosted browser client, an independent multiplayer service, and practical help. The source is based on Lattymoy's DFO Online project, with game logic derived from Daggerfall Unity.
Play multiplayer in your browser with your own original game data. Our beginner and multiplayer guides explain importing files, creating an online character, forming a party and meeting outside.
Who we are not
This is an unofficial community project. We are not Bethesda Softworks, ZeniMax Media, or the upstream DFO Online development team. The Elder Scrolls and Daggerfall names belong to their respective rights holders.
